I began working with the Oak Ridge Police Department in 1997. I fell in love with the city and the residents. I first rented a house, but after a year, I decided to purchase a house. When I began the search for a home, I found a cute East Village home. It had recently been remodeled and was up to date. I live close to Milt Dickens Park and Melton Lake Marina. I frequently walk my dogs and feel safe. Oak Ridge is a fantastic city to live and work in. Shanna Newman
